The good thing about a smoothie is that it is versatile, you can flavor whatever way you like, and it is an easy nutrient-packed option. That being said…. although there are many components in them, there are days where just a smoothie is not enough to fill me up! If that happens to you - it is OKAY. Listen to your body, bring extra snacks, and eat when you are hungry. The good thing is you know you got some fruits or veggies to kickstart you day and that is AWESOME!
