Buffalo Cauliflower Bites (5 Ingredients)

Kicked these off on SUPERBOWL SUNDAY… which is comin up quick! I made them cauliflower - not only to be trendy (it’s fun!) but also for my vegetarian friends. That being said… you do NOT need to replace everything in your diet with cauliflower. Pizza crust, rice, wings, etc are just as yummy, probably more satisfying and still nutritious sources that you can include in your diet. To replace all of your beloved foods with cauliflower is a sad life to live - I am not taking part! BUT … it is sometimes a great way to get some more veggies in, please the Vegans of the world, and to switch up the game and try something new. These will not disappoint - I had grumpy men complaining that it wasn’t chicken, but after taking a bite, finishing the whole bowl! SUCCESS.


  • Head of Cauliflower (chopped into florets)

  • Jar of buffalo hot sauce (used Wegman’s brand)

  • 1/2 cup flour (all purpose, I used GF)

  • Blue Cheese crumbles

  • Garlic powder

  • Salt

Directions: (25-30 minutes total)

  • Preheat oven to 450F (quick before the big game!!)

  • Cut two heads of cauliflower into florets

  • In a separate bowl - mix 1/2c flour with a dash of garlic powder and salt, dip cauliflower bites into flour and line on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 min

  • After, take the bites and dip into a bowl of buffalo sauce then bake again for 8-10 minutes

  • Top with some bleu cheese for extra flavor
