Cranberry PB Oat Balls

Making sweets or snacks like these are SO fun for me to have during the week and for those 3 PM office slumps where you just NEED something sweet. The best thing about these - is they are totally versatile! Not a cranberry fan? Switch it out for chocolate or nuts! Here’s the ingredients to this particular version below -


  • Combine 1c oats

  • 1/2c flax meal

  • 1-2 tb chia seeds

  • Handful of cranberries (or chocolate or chopped nuts... whatever you're feeling!)

  • 1/2c peanut butter

  • 1/4-1/2c honey

  • 1-2 tb coconut oil

  • 1 Mashed Banana


  • Combine all wet ingredients in one bowl (peanut butter melted, honey, coconut oil, mashed banana)

  • Combine all dry ingredients and add to the wet. Form into balls.

  • Refrigerate for 2 hours to harden
