Nutty Chocolate Bark


In honor of Valentine’s Day and ALL the chocolate madness today - I made an easy, 15 minute chocolate bark that can be adapted to any day/holiday OR just a treat to have on hand. Add whatever toppings you like (I wish I went a little more v-day themed, but just used what I had on hand). You won’t regret it!

Ingredients: (Makes about 20 pieces)

  • 2 (10 oz) bags of Trader Joes milk chocolate

  • 2 TBSP of coconut oil

  • Toppings as you’d like - slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds, candy, sprinkles, pretzels, nuts/seeds, etc.


  1. Melt coconut oil in small pan or pot and add chocolate in slowly, stirring on low-heat for about 5-8 minute

  2. Spread chocolate evenly on baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Add toppings as you’d like and freeze for about 1-2 hours

  4. Keep in fridge or freezer to have on hand!
