Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bites

The easiest snack to bring to work/have on hand for the week - no bake energy bites that are packed with nutrients and fiber to keep you full and nourished! I have brought these to work every day and some days had 1-2 if I was feeling that 3 PM hanger or just wanted something sweet! Definitely make these and let me know what you think!


Wet ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil 

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1.25 cup oats 

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 

  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed 

  • Collagen peptides (optional, had some in hand!)

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • dash of salt

Directions: Simply mix the wet ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another. mix both together and form with hands into little balls/bites. Refrigerate for ~1-2 hours before eating and keep in the fridge during the week in a bowl or container.
